12 inch soft corn tortilla

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Place the ground beef in a deep cast-iron skillet over medium heat.

While cooking, make sure to cut it into small pieces and stir frequently.

Drain off excess oil before adding other ingredients.


After the ground beef is cooked, add the taco seasoning and tomatoes.


Line a dish with half of your tortillas
Spoon ground beef mixture over tortillas
Place remaining tortillas on top and spread salsa over top tortillas and sprinkle with cheese
